Tinted Blue Color Channel U Glass

U glass is produced through calendaring and forming, named for its "U" shape in cross-section. It possesses excellent light transmittance, heat insulation, and high mechanical strength. The tempering process for channel glass can accommodate lengths up to 20 feet. Using specialized custom tempering ovens, the glass undergoes heat treatment to raise compression to 10,000 psi or greater.
