AR glass (Anti-Reflective Glass) utilizes optical film interference principles by plating an anti-reflection film on the surface of ordinary glass. This process dramatically reduces surface reflectivity from 8% to less than 1%, while increasing visible light transmittance from 89% to approximately 98%.
98% visible light transmittance and less than 1% reflectance make the glass nearly invisible when viewing objects through it.
Ultra-high transmittance maintains the original luminance of LCD/PDP screens, reducing overall energy consumption.
Surface film hardness exceeds 7H, offering superior abrasive resistance compared to PC boards (2H-3H).
Strong reduction of ultraviolet transmittance protects eyes and sensitive materials from UV damage.
Maintains integrity at temperatures higher than 500ºC, significantly outperforming acrylic glass (80ºC).
