Self-cleaning glass is to spray a layer of self-cleaning material on the glass surface to make the glass surface super hydrophobic or super hydrophilic. This makes it difficult for water droplets and dirt to adhere to the glass surface. On rainy days, use rainwater to wash away the dirt on the glass surface. This achieves a self-cleaning effect.
The self-cleaning coating used in our products is a titanium dioxide photocatalyst. Titanium dioxide film produces good photocatalytic properties under ultraviolet rays, creating super hydrophilic surfaces. This allows water to form a thin layer that slides down with gravity, taking away dirt and dust.
Photocatalytic*: It is an oxidation reaction caused by the irradiation of ultraviolet rays using a photocatalyst represented by titanium dioxide. It can decompose organic compounds, bacteria, and viruses.
